1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using seize (the "bot") or by accessing this website (the "site"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the bot or the site.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the bot or the site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

3. Premium Access & Purchases

Premium access is a paid add-on to the bot and is optional. The bot remains fully functional without it, and a purchase is not a subscription to the bot itself.

Monthly plans renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancelling stops all future renewals and your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not issue prorated or partial refunds for remaining time on a cancelled subscription.

Lifetime plans are a one-time payment and do not renew. Lifetime access covers the features available at the time of purchase. We may add, change, or discontinue features over time, and continued availability of any particular feature is not guaranteed.

Premium access is tied to the Discord account or server that purchased it. You may not resell, transfer, or share access to a purchase without our written permission.

Prices may change at any time. A price change does not affect a purchase you have already completed, and does not alter the terms of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store your full card details. If your payment is declined or a charge is reversed, premium access may be suspended until the balance is resolved.

All purchases are final except as described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms. Where this section and the Refund Policy differ, the Refund Policy controls.

4. Termination & Blacklisting

We reserve the right to blacklist, restrict, or terminate access to the bot for any individual, person, entity, or server at any time and for any reason, with or without cause, and without prior notice or warning.

Terminating access under this section also ends any premium access associated with it. As set out in the Refund Policy, purchases forfeited this way are not refundable.

5. Availability & Uptime

The bot is provided "as is" without any guarantee of uptime, availability, or reliability. We do not guarantee 24/7 operation. The bot may be offline for maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from the use or inability to use the bot or the site, including but not limited to server disruptions, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by [your governing law], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these terms will be handled by the courts of that jurisdiction, and both you and we submit to its exclusive jurisdiction.
